Rates -We offer two booking options: Standard Rate flexible (without credit card) and guaranteed (with credit card) and Non-Refundable Rate.

Special Corporate/Group Rates - We provide special conditions and discounts for companies or groups. For details, please email reservierung@hotel-benger.de

Parking - We offer 6 hotel parking spaces free of charge. Please note that reservations are not possible.

Electric Car Parking - Two parking spaces are available for electric cars. Please indicate this when booking. A small surcharge applies.

Charging Station Costs -Use of the charging station costs between €10.00 and €25.00 depending on the car type.

Will my card be charged automatically when booking? - No, only bookings under the Non-Refundable Rate will be charged to the credit card provided.

Payment Methods -You may pay in cash, by bank transfer, or with credit cards.

No Booking Confirmation Received -If you do not receive a booking confirmation after completing your reservation, please contact the hotel directly. Contact details are available on our website.

Late Arrival Without Credit Card After 6 pm - Your booking will not be automatically canceled. Please inform us of your expected arrival time by phone or email to ensure your room is held for you.

Booking Without Credit Card During Trade Fairs - Please contact the hotel directly to find a suitable arrangement.

Cancellation Policy During Trade Fairs - Policies vary depending on the fair: From the time of booking: non-refundable, Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation possible,Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation possible. For details, please contact the hotel by phone or email.

Conditions for Rebooking or Cancellation - This depends on the rate you have booked. Rebookings are usually free of charge, provided they do not fall within trade fair periods and the hotel has availability.

Accessible Rooms - No, as our hotel is a listed historic building, there are no elevators. Rooms are located on floors 1 to 3.

Room Types - You can choose between:Economy Single Room,Single Room,Double Room,Deluxe Double Room and 

Triple Room

Room Amenities - All rooms feature a TV, free Wi-Fi, a workspace with seating, and a private bathroom (with hairdryer & cosmetic mirror). Rooms have been continuously renovated in recent years.

Allergy-Friendly Rooms -Yes, allergy-friendly rooms are available. Please inform us at least 2 days in advance so we can assign the appropriate room.

Long-Term Stays - If you plan to stay longer, with a group, or on a regular basis, we are happy to provide individual arrangements. Please contact us by email or phone.

Pets - Pets up to 8 kg are allowed. They must be registered in advance by email or phone. Cost: €15 per pet/night.

Bicycle Storage - Yes, you may store your bicycle in our garage. Please indicate this when booking.

Smoking Policy - Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel. Guests may smoke on the terrace (ground floor and first floor). In case of violation, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

 

During your stay

Check-In - Regular check-in starts at 3:00 pm. If you wish to arrive earlier, please inquire in advance to confirm availability.

Check-Out - Monday to Friday until 10:00 am, Weekends & public holidays until 11:00 am. If you would like a late check-out, please ask in advance if this is possible.

How can I receive an invoice for my stay? - We can issue an invoice at check-in or send it to you as a PDF via email.

Payment Methods - Hotel Benger accepts cash in euros, EC and Maestro cards, as well as the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Diners Club, and VPay. Payment in advance by bank transfer is also possible.

Wi-Fi Access - You can get online free of charge in just a few steps. All you need is a Wi-Fi-enabled laptop or mobile phone. Detailed instructions are available in every room.

Television Channels - Each room offers more than 15 channels for your entertainment. For special program requests, please contact reception.

Can I have breakfast at the hotel without staying overnight? -Generally, no. However, if someone you know is staying at the hotel and you would like to join them for breakfast, this is possible. Please inform reception one day in advance.

Dining Options -The hotel itself serves breakfast only. However, there is a restaurant on-site (Goldener Pfannenwender) and severeal restaurants nearby.

 

After your stay

How can I leave a review for Hotel Benger? -If you booked via Booking.com or HRS, reviews can only be submitted on those platforms. Otherwise, you may leave a review on Google or Tripadvisor.

What should I do if I forgot something at the hotel? - If you left any belongings in your room, please contact us by phone or email. We will gladly assist you.

Can I change the billing address afterwards? - Yes, that’s very simple. Please send us an email with your booking details (name of the reservation, date of stay) along with the updated billing information. We will update the invoice and send it to you as a PDF via email.
